Legalise the Production, Distribution and Sale of Cannabis for Ages 18 and Over

What the petition asks

6 plants/18 seedlings/24 oz useable cannabis per person.Allow extracts,medibles,topicals to be sold in licensed dispensaries,after being tested in accredited testing facilities.No restrictions of THC content. Boost economy from £1billion annually. Boost NHS Budget from prescriptions Cut crime rate.
Durham Police's Chief has already said that they have stopped Targeting small scale cannabis growers as it keeps costs lower, the crime rate down and means that they can focus on much larger 'community damaging drugs'. Ed Miliband and other notable figures in authority back the decriminalisation of Cannabis. It has also been proved that Canabis is safer than cigarettes and alcohol (which can be classified Class A drug like Heroin if it was ever prohibited because of the harmful physical effects)

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
