Support the UK’s continued membership of the single market (EEA)

What the petition asks
We believe that continued membership of the EEA is the only of continuing to protect the interests of the citizens of Gibraltar, the only way to guarantee the continuation of open borders n Ireland and the only way of ensuring that Scotland remains a part of the Union.
We also believe that an immediate commitment to the EEA will instantly remove all uncertainty about Brexit as businesses will be assured of our direction of travel and can invest accordingly. Free movement of labour can also continue within the EEA but the UK can 'buy the time' to belatedly fund migration impact by applying the 'emergency brake' provisions already ceded to Norway.
