What the petition asks
Dental Care Professionals working in General Dental Practices with an NHS contract, providing NHS care are not entitled to an NHS pension and the full benefits of providing NHS care to patients. Working under or alongside NHS Dental practice owners or associate dentists who are entitled to this.
All members of the Dental Team whether that be a Dental Nurse working along side an NHS dentist, Dental Therapists and Hygienists who work under a Dentist or associates prescription, or the Practice Managers and reception/admin staff ALL contribute to an NHS contract and the NHS care provided to patients.
