Ok so I'm a single mum too two children on benifits child tax has stoped my money as apparently I have a male gender living with me wich I do not know who he is and were he is living he is not here any way I've tried calls after calls and still geting no were I have go to food banks Eva since

Concentrixs needs to up there game they r make ing family's suffer for months and months on end with out any money due to circumstances but no matter how hard we try ring them it's always busy and always systems down when we get through its a hard battle but people need to be considerd prioritys especially those ones who r haveing to now be homeless and no one to help them they should consider to do home visits we need help on this hmrc situation stuff needs to be delt with quicker and firmly
