Scrap Tax on Savings Income altogether, NOT just the 1st £1000

What the petition asks
As Interest rates on 'Savings Accounts' are at record lows currently, people are now struggling to live off their savings incomes, which the government taxes after the 1st £1000 income at 20%.
The government can easily scrap this tax for savers, forever, in the next Budget, also, would save a lot of people having to complete the Self-Assessment to repay Savings Income above £1000.
