What the petition asks

Home department does not have proper record and are submitting false data to court, need to review Home office procedure, file record system,& case worker do not have enough knowledge or skill and they are dealing cases.

There is no way to challenge to Home department ,because tribunals and everywhere, they all are gov bodies, so no way to challenge them wrong decisions are made any where. Do you all agree with me? If you are a victim of wrong decision kindly sign up and support this petition.
