What the petition asks

Chester council plan to develop Dee House, and the land on top of Britain's Biggest Amphitheatre, in Chester.
Cheshire West and Chester Council's Scrutiny Committee, which was considering whether or not to recommend to CWAC Council's Cabinet, for a period of public consultation on their as yet, unknown plans, to redevelop Dee House, and the land on top of the unexcavated part of Britain's Biggest Roman Amphitheatre, with an unknown developer, granting them a lease on the site, for the next 150 year

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
