Stop complaints to a regulatory body as tools for harassment of victims.

What the petition asks
Currently, victims of a criminal offence are subjected to further harassment by their stalkers, harassers, rapists etc, by way of a complaint made to their regulatory body, even when there are existing criminal investigations.
Once a complaint is made to a regulatory body, the victim is required to answer to any charges put forward by the offender. All answers and communications are then forwarded to the offender, acting as another passage for the offender to stalk and communicate with the victim.
Details of any criminal complaint can be included in a complaint, by the offender, and the victim is required to answer the charges, even when an existing criminal investigation of the criminal complaint is ongoing.
