What the petition asks

Most people do not know that currently Judges cannot be prosecuted for Judicial Acts. Most Judges are excellent, but some are not. This new law shall give us the people the right to challenge them. Only right in our modern society. Judges shall remain unelected yes, but accountable they must become.
This reform law shall make Judges accountable for Misconduct in Public Office if for example they fail to:

1 Disclose Conflicts of Interest with any person involved in a case they hear.

2 Fail to inform the Police if they discover evidence of crime in a Family or Civil case.

Secondly if a Civil Judge fails to adhere to, or enforce a Statute of Parliament, thus the will of Parliament, which is after all the will of the people, they can be brought to Parliament to face Contempt of Parliament
