Make it illegal for women to deny a father access to their children.

What the petition asks
It is very easy for women to deny fathers access to their children. If this happens it is the father who has to fight for the right to see their children in court, in most cases costing the father thousands of pounds!
Women can accuse a father of being or doing numerous things which are viewed as being a danger to the child but these can be false and the used as a smokescreen to help a mother stop their child seeing their father. If a mother firmly believes this to be the case, it should be her who has the burden of having to prove that against the father. Fathers should not have to fight to prove their innocence.
