The taxpayer should pay for the defence of our servicemen and women in court.

What the petition asks
As government employees, members of the UK's Armed Forces who fought in Iraq, Afghanistan or elsehwere whilst serving the Crown, should not have to pay for their defence in court.
If Mr Blair's defence is going to be borne by the taxpayer then so should our servicemen and women who have fought and served on the Crown and Governments behalf.
