There has been many cases of people urinating and damaging war memorials and they have been charged with Out Raging Public Decency.
The full weight of the law must be brought down on people that do this with a prison sentence,Memorials to those that gave there live`s for us must be protected

Kelly Martin was on bail for urinating on a war memorial in Grays,Essex,UK April 2016, On the 30 June 2016 the day before the world commemorated the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme she did the same thing at the same memorial again in front of shoppers and children,The case was reported world wide and upset not only veterans,serving members of forces all over the world including family members of those named on the memorial. Sentencing guidelines must be put in place. She got 7 months
