Make bullying a criminal offence.

What the petition asks

Bullying is on the increase and in a few circumstances it is leading to people including children taking their own lives. In many cases assault is part of that bullying and is been carried out by minors. This can not continue. Bullys need to face consequences no matter their age.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
