Require MPs to pass psychological tests before taking office

Psychology has the tools to determine whether or not people are mentally healthy and suited to positions of responsibility. Requiring MPs to take regular psychological tests would help prevent the emergence of populist demagogues that undermine the nation through post-reality political stunts.

It's not clear from your petition whether you would like MPs to be required to take a test before taking office (as in the title) or at regular intervals (as in the body of the petition text).
