Make Healthy start vouchers available to all low income families

I believe that if we can make this change we will reap the benefits as a nation within a small amount of time. We will see the general health of families on low incomes improving meaning less strain on our hospitals and doctors surgeries. People less likely to eat sweets and high sugar foods so will see an improvement in oral health the wider implications are endless.
