Use former Veterans as a reserve organisation to help protect our borders

What the petition asks
We are experienced.
I am an HM Armed Forces Veteran. Along with many others, I swore an Oath of Allegiance to defend and protect, my Country, my Nation and my Sovereign. I have, since, sworn other Oaths' to defend and protect my fellow citizens and uphold the laws of this land.
These Oaths' have NO expiry date.
I, and many others could be considered as a modern day 'Home Guard' or 'Dad's Army', 21st Century Crusaders or Templars.
If required, or needed, would still be willing to step forward, out of the shadows, and assist in the protection of OUR people and borders. A ready made, home grown, defence and protection reserve.
We maybe older, but our experiences know NO bounds.
Don't let the grey hair fool you, we can STILL kick ass!

Why it was rejected
