What the petition asks
We're a group of students that believe that child abuse needs to be reduced. We have found astonishing figures that kids 4 years old and under are most affected. Most kids that have been physically, verbally or sexually abused are unaware that they are being abused as they don't understand the signs
Approximately 5 children die every day because of child abuse and 1 out of 3 girls and 1 out of 5 boys will be sexually abused before they reach age 18.
For every child identified as needing protection from abuse, another 8 are suffering alone
