What the petition asks
John Prescott is a Tom Jones impersonator well known in Wales .. 18 months ago He suffered a massive heart attack and had to be resuscitated 14 times .. His life is now in the hands of the NHS and they are refusing funds for His surgery .. .. let's make a difference.. let's turn this around
