What the petition asks

Radical cleric Abu Hamzer is said to be launching a legal bid to return to Britain to serve out his sentence. This is yet another example of the abuse of the ECHR!

British Tax Payers had to foot the bill for an 8 year legal battle with this man at a cost of approx. 25 million. According to the article above his lawyer is arguing that 'It is extremely unfair his family is not able to visit him in the United States'. Victims families will never see their loved ones again either! This man has been sentenced in the USA & therefore should remain incarcerated in the USA! The ECHR appears to benefit criminals rather than the victims, this has to stop!
