Petition · past parliament

We want you to tell LCC that they have no right to remove memorial items.

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

Not everyone can afford to have a headstone when they lose someone close to them. It's even harder when a parent loses a child now our hearts are breaking after finding out our babies memorial items have to be removed or they will go in the BIN.
Me personally has had items in the Baby Garden for 12 years and nothing has ever been said before so why now???
We are grieving this is somewhere comforting for is to go.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We're not sure what "LCC" refers to. If it is your local council, then this would be something that they are responsible for, not the UK Government or Parliament.

You could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them:
