Make the time of paternity leave longer than 2 weeks

What the petition asks
2 weeks is not enough time for a father to bond with their child. In those first weeks skin to skin is so important to establish a bond between parent and child. It also is good to have helping hands after a mother has given birth (including after major surgery).
