What the petition asks
Post BRexit there has been increased negative attitudes towards migrants and immigration.
This racist attitude opposes British values of being tolerant and accepting of one another regardless of race/ethnicity.
The media plays a considerably large role in people's negative views on migrants.

Several newspapers have negatively portrayed migrants e.g 'The Sun' and 'The Daily Express'.
Many people argue that migrants 'take our jobs' and that paying for Immigrants is 'crippling our services'.
However research and statistics distinctly display that these are merely myths.
Majority of news reports regarding migration- do NOT include a migrant perspective.
