What the petition asks
Extend naturalization time from 10years to 20 years and restrict human rights so a child dont claim nationality OR Indefinite leave to remain after living in uk for 7years on the base of human rights.
In uk non european comes on visit visa or student visa and unfortunately these people exploit human rights which are for geniune people only we want that government and parliment take action on the uk 10year settlement route and extend it 20 years as country is suffering from high immigration.moreover illegal and legal immigrants produce kids in uk and when the kid is of 7years they put case in court to claim indefinite leave on base of human right by claiming he cant settle in mother country
