Make care homes & emi units accessible to young dementia sufferers. Under 65

My husband is 59 in late stages of dementia we are struggling to find a placement for him in york as most have to be over 65. This needs addressing as it's only going to get worse. This only adds to the stress when dealing with this devastating disease. More and more young people are being diagnosed
