What the petition asks

Scottish Power have recently changed systems which has encountered 1000s of people having issues with accounts that they do and do not have. The ombudsman are out of their depth in dealing with this and an investigation needs to be conducted before this gets out of hand.

There are facebook accounts, radio casts, newspaper reportings on this matter. The ombudsman has been brought in but they are out of their depth due to volume of complaints and people´s credit rating is being affected.
