What the petition asks

How many people working in any care sector have had to blow the whistle to find shortly after the procedure,they lose their job?I ask to protect whistleblowers after whistleblowing procedure.Future disciplinary hearings(or the like)to be held by different members of staff than the original procedure

Whistleblowers need more protection than they get currently in the care sector. Too many people who choose to stand for the right thing and fight, lose their jobs in the end-these righteous people are the people we need working as doctors, nurses, support workers etc. There must be a change.
