Allow Scotland's emergency services to be VAT exempt just like others in the UK

What the petition asks
The UK Government has refused to allow Scotland's newly formed Emergency services to be tax exempt which is the case for the rest of the UK's Emergency services. This is wrong and unjust a d needs to end immediately.
Millions are wasted by Police Scotland being unable to claim back VAT as other Police and fire services do.
It's completely illogical and unjust that Scotland should be forced to pay VAT without being able to reclaim it.
