What the petition asks
Whether a UK resident voted for remaining in the EU or voted to leave the EU, both remain and leave camps made lies and promises that couldn't be kept, the leave camp campaign bus being just one of them.
The people who did this before the vote have affected the outcome and should be prosecuted.
The people who did this before the vote have affected the outcome and should be prosecuted.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The Government and Parliament aren't responsible for prosecuting people. That is the responsibility of the police and the Crown Prosecution Service, which is independent.
