What the petition asks

To whom it may concern,

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife and son who are Russian citizens and have been denied visa's to Canada and I believe haven't been given a fair decision. I am a commonwealth citizen with British nationality and Canadian, I am asking for assistance in this matter.

We applied for Temporary Resident Visa's for my wife and son, we've been denied twice now. On the second denial it was decided just in one day! We were waiting for case notes as to the reason why and it normally says takes 4-6 weeks which it has gone over and there is a deadline date to appeal their decision. I believe that my wife being Russian and my son, this may have something to do with their nationality.
