What the petition asks

The UK government must implement full screening of all immigrants and refugees before they enter the UK.
Immigrant (A person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country)
Refugees (A person Who has been forced to leave their Country in Order to Escape War, persecution, or Natural Disaster)
Refugees must be Processed under the 'Convention relating to the Status of Refugees' www.ohchr.org/EN/ProfessionalInterest/Pages/StatusOfRefugees.aspx A Refugee will abide by Ch 1, Art 2 - General Obligations;
"Every refugee has duties to the country in which he finds himself, which require in particular that he conform to its laws and regulations as well as to measures taken for the maintenance of public order".
Compliance with the 'Convention relating to the Status of Refugees' is required.
