Increase the amount of funding allocated to our police force

What the petition asks
West Yorkshire Police are stretched to capacity, more funding urgently needs to be allocated to enable the force to be more effective, match capacity to demand. Currently demand outweighs capacity, officers are under huge pressure facing assaults and huge workloads. More frontline police are needed.
