What the petition asks
"More than 220,000 have arrived in Europe this year, seeking safety and a better future. One in three is a child." - Unicef
In May 2016, the BSA (Boarding School's Association) offered the government more than 80 fully-funded places in private schools across Britain. They have been unfilled. Why?

As poignant images and testimonies from refugees who have sacrificed everything to make the arduous journey become ever more common, many choose to avert their eyes in fear of the realisation that they could have done more. The British Government is among those who could do more - for a nation which has long prided itself on charity and helping those less fortunate, the paltry number is a farce. Urge them to collaborate with the BSA to restore this nation as one of the world's leading lights.
