Petition · past parliament
To make all MP's accept the EU Referendum and vote to trigger Article 50
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
As members of parliament are there to represent their constituents, it is time to do as the Country voted for in the EU Referendum and show that Parliment and not the courts or powerful bankers run this country.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
A decision on how to vote on any decision made by the House of Commons is a matter for individual MPs, not the UK Government or Parliament as a whole.
