What the petition asks

Parliament has used a legal challenge to give them more control over Brexit. It is clear that this is a step to prevent the democratic process from occurring in a timely fashion and in the spirit of the referendum result.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Invoke Article 50 of The Lisbon Treaty immediately.
