What the petition asks
Many current MPs do not understand the basics of UK sovereignty, or the relationship between the executive, legislature and judiciary. This has proved expensive, confused the electorate and diminished the International reputation of the UK. Appropriate training in this area should be provided.

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
