Make humira free to patients with the eye condition uvietus

What the petition asks
Uvietus can make people lose their eyesight , humira is known to settle the uvietus down and stop it flaring up giving the patient a chance of getting their eyes operated on , ie cataract operation. This drug is free in Scotland and Wales but not from NHS England . Why
