Increase the minimum wage for young adults under the age of 18

What the petition asks
The minimum wage being £3.87 for 16 and 17 year olds can not only put young people off working, but also reduces their financial independence. It should be raised to at least £4.50 so these under 18 year olds can get a worthwhile and rewarding payment for their labour time.
