What the petition asks

Partition 7 new British Crown Dependencies out of UK and EU so Leavers can Leave EU. Keep post-Partition UK a full EU member state (do not activate Art.50) so Remainers can Remain in EU.
Precedents: Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey are BCDs outside EU.
When Greenland left Denmark, Denmark stayed EU

UK Govt to assign finance & civil servants to help each of new BCDs get its Govt / Parliament set up.
Defence still by UK; major roads, rail, power grids & nuclear reactors stay UK territory; later on BCDs contribute finances.
Reciprocal NHS Arrangement between BCDs & UK (like Isle of Man & UK now).
