Allocate the child maintenance service with pre paid cards

What the petition asks

This should be a made legal that the receiving parent receives a pre paid card that can only be spent on items for the children! Not alcohol, nights out, cigarettes ect.. I think it's time someone done something to help the paying parent for a change as they are the one out working and providing..

I think that many paying parents would agree with what I am trying to get across.. children need the benefit of the money, not the receiving parent! A prepaid card would be best. One that can be used in certain shops for certain items. Food, soft drinks, shoes, school clothes, toys ect.. not for use for their own pleasure! Thank you
