What the petition asks
This is an issue that many mothers have wrongly encountered. We as mothers should be given the right to have flexible working hours that balance our home and work life. We should not be discriminated for having children.
Applying for flexible working hours to be abolished. Mothers should be offered flexible hours in their current position or offered in same grade position elsewhere. If this is not feasible, lower grade flexible working position.
