What the petition asks
ARMSCARE is a care home group, whose licence to sponsor skilled migrant workers was revoked and despite efforts to remedy any errors, our skilled migrant workforce were given 60 days to leave the country. Ensuring our current staff stay, will guarantee the best quality of service to our residents.
We are an open and honest care home group that aims to provide the best quality of care to our residents and by forcing our staff to leave; it removes the very essence of quality and skill from our core business.
Recruiting local staff or staff willing to relocate to Norfolk is proving to be virtually impossible because villages such as Docking do not have a regular mobile phone signal, let alone any regular public transport for commuters.
