Implement a statutory body to deal with animal welfare prosecutions

What the petition asks
The animal welfare crisis is spiralling out of control the government are in denial,enforcement and prosecution is lacking on a large scale.Animals need a robust and enforced system.It must move on from private prosecution and the state should prosecute as it does in every other area of the law.
