What the petition asks

The event was not as described - it was miss advertised and miss sold. A Grotto was advertised, yet was not completed for the start of the event. The Santa experience was not in operation. The ice rink was not completed.

Due to the adverse weather conditions, which had taken place prior to the event, a meeting was held by the committee members and a decision was made to carry on with the event - I challenge this decision. The ground conditions were dangerous. It was very difficult to use wheelchairs and pushchairs - due to the extreme muddy conditions
The event was a total washout. The committee have been requested to issue refunds, but have declined.I would ask that you read the comments on the facebook page. Where you can also see supporting photos showing the disappointment of hundreds of people who have attended this very poorly organised event
