Change child maintenance so it's fair for the child and father

Currently the system is a flat steep rate, further more the father is charged 16% more to collect it than the mother who only received a 4% charge.

With no evidence needed that the mother spends the maintenance on maintaining the child's up bringing.

Make the charges fair and liveable

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly how you would like the child maintenance system to be changed.
