What the petition asks
My husband cheated on me with over 60 different men including one who is known to be HIV positive yet I was only able to divorce him on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour - not adultery as for it to be classed as adultery it has to be with someone of the opposite sex.
only did this have financial repercussions as I didn't qualify for financial aid as I would have in a case of adultery it is also unfair not to class such behavior as adultery. Why should a same sex marriage not have the same rights as a heterosexual marriage. Sex with someone else in a marriage is adultery regardless of the sex of the other person.
