Allow UK citizens to choose to pay to retain their EU citizenship after Brexit

What the petition asks
We support the idea of the European parliament’s lead Brexit negotiator Guy Verhofstadt to allow UK citizens to remain EU citizens by sending an annual fee to Brussels post-Brexit. This EU citizenship proposal could guarantee the rights of individuals in Europe after Brexit.
