What the petition asks
Govia Thameslink the owners of Southern Rail have consistently failed to provide a service which could be considered acceptable in any reasonable way.
With both individuals and businesses losing millions they should not be allowed to raise fares when they are not providing a proper service.
With both individuals and businesses losing millions they should not be allowed to raise fares when they are not providing a proper service.
With well documented proof that they have consistently failed to provide a proper service, have left passengers stranded and have cost individuals & businesses millions in lost revenue collectively the owners of Southern Rail should have no automatic right to increase fares when they have failed miserably to provide an acceptable service for the last 8 months of 2016.
