What the petition asks
I recently lost my EBT through Inherited Nephritis, a fatal type of Kidney Disease. He also had a grade 3 heart murmur. Nigel was only 2 years, 4 months old and lost his life due to non testing of parents! His mother died young at only 5! NO KC papers to be issued to puppies of UNTESTED parents!!!
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The decisions of the Kennel Club are not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament. You could write directly to the Kennel Club to raise this issue.
