Southeastern to pay all season ticket holders a months free travel

What the petition asks
In the past two weeks I have been late between 10 - 30 mins in the evening and 10 - 20 mins in the mornings which makes me late for work, also my child minder, and as she is in within her rights to do, has charged me but I cant see Southeastern reimbursing me or any other parent that money.
I don't know about you but I am sick to the back teeth of all the constant delays to journeys, some are not long enough delays to do a delay and repay and why should they get away with this which is why I feel a petition is the only way they will listen to us.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The UK Government and Parliament are not directly responsible for refunding the price of train tickets. However, the Government can define the rules by which train operating companies refund rail fares.
You could start a new petition calling on the Government to require holders of rail franchises to refund a month's fare to season ticket holders if journeys are regularly delayed.
