Lower the legal age to drive on the road to 16

What the petition asks

I feel that younger people should be able to drive on the road as it is not practical to always be using public transport and relying on your parents all of the time.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
